After receiving numerous complaints from guests about the aggressive and competitive actions among the drivers etc.;And also after seeing the different needs of individual guests(such as specialty needs guests), company founder Gerard B. Lewis thought to bring together compassionate, patient drivers that would make our visitors experience a happy & long lasting one.
